We set our prices according to the recommended schedule. Therefore, our prices are extremely good value and really, when it comes health, price shouldn’t be the factor you focus on. For instance, you could pay less per session somewhere else but need extra treatments and thereby pay more. Worse still is getting treatments somewhere else that doesn’t work or even makes you worse. That’s why we focus on quality care.

Payments

You can get HICAPS private health insurance rebates from us and use the button below this text to get a prepay discount on your first service. After your initial service, as long as you book and prepay for your next appointment before you leave the clinic, you will get the prepay discount for your next service.

Please note we have a cancellation policy whereby there will be a 50% of the service fee charge for an appointment that you cancel within 24 hours of its scheduled start. Cancellation can be made by personal appearance, phone, email and through our online booking system. Any credit in your account will expire and be forfeited at 6 months since your last scheduled appointment.

We have HICAPS for on the spot rebates from your private health fund. We also accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal.

Financial Security / Privacy

Your privacy is important so we don’t keep any of your card details in any records as payments are done through official gateway financial systems that are separate to our operations.
