After the initial consultation the regular Chiropractic sessions are generally 15-20 minutes long. Sometimes you might be offered a double appointment that lasts 30-40 minutes.

Yes, we have a HICAPS machine for on the spot claims, you just pay the gap. All of our practitioners are registered for private health insurance / HICAPS.
No but our chiropractors refer to a quality reporting x-ray service in Newtown that bulk bills. OSHC clients might pay a small 10-15% gap and if that is a concern then there might be other locations that bulk bill OSHC clients.
We understand that things change and so we provide you with online bookings, email and phone access to change your appointments. Usually we can fill vacancies for our practitioners with enough notice as people waiting to take a cancellation spot can organise themselves to come in with enough notice. However, it is hard to replace a booking within 24hours of the appointment so we have a 50% cancellation fee in that instance except for exceptional circumstances or if you or we can refill your appointment with somebody else. This is to be fair to our practitioners who have reserved that spot just for you.
