Latin Dance World Champ and Sydney Chiropractic and Massage Patient

Do you dance? Or maybe you don't as you had an awkward experience on the dance floor.

Well with or without a pole, solo or with a partner, hip hop or foxtrot, dancing is being utilised more and more for it's fitness, coordination, mental and social benefits.

One of our patients at our Sydney Chiropractic Clinic, Campus Chiropractic & Wellness, has become quite a star in the last couple of years and I'd like to give you a look into what it takes to be a world champion latin dancer. She is Sophie Fletcher Watson and Sophie's regular chiropractic and sports massage therapy has kept her joints, bones, muscles, tendons and discs in a better state to keep performing at an elite level. Sophie finds it helps prevent injury, recover from injury and maximise her performance. Listen in on what she has to say:

This is Sophie Fletcher Watson in action at the 2013 World Championships in the solo Salsa.

Sophie is now teaching Latin dance near the University of Sydney so come dance with her and see what it's all about. If you want chiropractic for sports performance or dance or regular health and Wellness then fill in the form on our HOMEPAGE and find out why Sophie thinks we are the best Sydney Chiropractor in Sydney and the best sports massage in Sydney for her.
