Phil Heath for 4th Mr Olympia Title With Some Help From a Chiropractor

Phil Heath, also known as “the Gift,”  is an American bodybuilder who has held the Mr Olympia title for 3 consecutive years. Mr Olympia is the title held by the winner of the professional men’s international bodybuilding competition held at Joe Weider’s  annual Olympia weekend by the International Federation of BodyBuilding and Fitness (IFBB). Phillip Heath first won the Mr Olympia title in 2011, after placing second in 2010. Since then he has successfully defended his title through 2012 and 2013.

Arnold Schwarzenegger held the Mister Olympia title for 6 consecutive years from 1970 to 1975, and was also a surprise win in 1980, coming out of retirement to win a total of 7 victories. He is one of only 5 people who has won the championship more than 3 times.

Schwarzenegger and Heath have something else in common as well – they both use chiropractors, and credit this with part of their success. As athletes performing at a world class level, they understand the difference that chiropractic adjustments make to their body.

Phil Heath uses the services of chiropractor Dr Keith Wagner four times a week. Dr Wagner uses a combination of techniques like most chiropractors in order to maximise the performance of "the Gift". Phil Health describes the effect as "We just make sure everything on point". This description comes from his basketball days at college where being "on point" means ready to perform at best. Only a matter of days can see if he will retain his Mr O title, if it passes back to one of the 12 other men who have one it or if the 14th man to be crowned Mr Olympia rises.
